At Bla Bli Blu, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days for a full refund. To maintain hygiene standards, all returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original box with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
